I don’t feel like buying the initial intended item anymore can I refund/ half refund?
Amount is only fully refund when the item is out of stock/sold out or that the product is delivered wrongly, damage or have defects due to manufacturing productions. As stated in our refund policy a refund/half refund it is not possible if should you decide to cancel your order. For reasons being that your order have been recorded and could have been submitted to the suppliers. Our 7 days refund policy is only applicable for purchases that have already been made. And it is our standard policy that all sales are final and there should be no refund. Please check our refund policy under terms & conditions for more detailed information.
I don’t want this item anymore; can I make a change in my order?
Changes to your purchase order is only possible when the initial item order you made had not been submitted to the suppliers. However, you will have to top-up for the price differences when applicable. It’ll not be possible if you should decide to change your order after original orders had been submitted.

Can I make payment later/ when I have received my orders?
Orders are only proceed when payments have been made for pre-orders. However, Cash on Delivery is possible for in-stocks & preloved items only.
