Capping status

- Do note that I'll be ordering in bulks for a cheaper rate thus pre-orders have to meet a minimum quota before orders can be sent to suppliers.
- Pre-orders will close in approximately 2 weeks when stated.
- After orders are submitted, the arrival time for the products vary from one supplier to another.
    Pre order #1, #2 and 925 rings (1~2weeks)
    Pre order #3 (15~34days)
- For some pre-orders the capping requirements have to be fulfilled before orders can be submitted.
- Closing dates for pre-orders might be prolonged when minimum quote is not met.
- If you are unable to wait or are uncomfortable with the reliability and trustworthiness of Alex’s Empire please do not make orders with us.
- Do note that the capping status will only be updated in 3~5days intervals. At times, due to some unforeseen circumstances or instances whereby we are busy, we might not be able to update the status regularly. In any case we will still keep you posted when your orders are being submitted.


*For pre-order #1, #2, #3 & 925 Rings there is no minimum capping, however orders will only be submitted on appointed dates/ quota requirement which may vary. Customers will be notified in advance.
