During meet ups, please do be punctual as we will try our best to be. In any scenario wherby we have left, we will sms/call and you will have to make a new meet up arrangement which may incur extra charges. If for whatsoever reasons you know that you will be late afterward or that you wish to change the appointment date/time, please tell us at least 3h in advance. The change in the appointment date/time will not incur extra charges*.
If items are not collected within 30days after it reaches us, it will be deemed as unwanted, we will therefore reserve the right to keep the items.
We strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage instead of normal postage to reduce the probabilities of your parcels from going missing.
Only when we deem necessary or when requested, we will take a photo of the items before mailing, so please do not accuse us of being scammers if you do not receive your parcel in time. At times, there might be interruptions in delivery due to various reasons, so please be patient and wait for its arrival. However, if unfortunately the parcel does go missing, we will not be responsible, nor will a refund or half refund be given, as normal postage is at your own risk. For registered postage, we will tag you in the photo of the receipt with the tracking number.
Only when we reckon that it is required or when demanded, fragile items will be bubble wrapped before we mail them out. However, if they happen to be broken when it reaches you, we will not be responsible.
During collection, please check if there is anything wrong with the item(s) so that you can notify the person who delivered you the faulty/ wrong items. In that circumstance, we will provide a full refund/exchange if the items are spoilt/in the wrong colour. If item(s) passed to you are given in the wrong colour, please inform us within 7days. Do check our refund policy.
*These extra charges are for the transportation expenses incurred for delivery and also the time spent for waiting and travelling
